A dedicated space to unwind. Find a therapist or just find out if therapy is right for you, and attend guided workshops where you'll learn how to gain control of your emotions for better well being. The world has walk-in clinics and fitness centers for physical health, this is a dedicated space for mental health and wellness.

Try out Therapy

Find a therapist and work through what's on your mind in a 1-on-1 30 minute session with a therapist specialized in methods to help with  anxiety, stress, sadness, life transitions, and anything else that's on your mind.

Cognitive Distortions Workshop 

Emotions are a healthy part of life but sometimes they can get the best of us and cause us to feel worse than we'd like. Learn tools and techniques for managing emotional stress and uneasiness with people who are going through the same thing. 

Space to Unwind with Unlimited Tea

Just need a quiet place to unwind and collect your thoughts? Hang out in our dedicated zen space. Grab a tea, meditate, read a book. It's your space.

Sharpen Your Focus Workshop

Learn practical techniques to stay focused, and on track, while making conscious decisions in times of extreme busyness and high stress. This workshop is all about calming down, preserving your energy and relaxing your body and mind during busy days to stay focused and productive.

Trying to find a therapist in San Francisco? Going through a major life change? Just feeling a bit down but are unsure if therapy is for you? Book a slot to talk through it with a trained therapist* and see if therapy is right for you.


After your session: All of our therapists are taking on new clients. If it feels like you and your therapist are a good fit, you'll be able to exchange information to keep the relationship going.


Decide therapy isn't right for you or want to keep looking? That's fine! There's no obligation at all.

Why I'm hosting this:

After personally struggling to find a therapist, and craving a dedicated space to ease my mind that wasn’t a packed yoga studio, cafe, or my own home, I decided to host this mental health pop up in San Francisco, Vancouver, and NYC.


Unlike physical health, mental health can be hard to talk about and undetectable by ourselves, peers, and colleagues. I hope to make it easier for everyone facing daily challenges (who isn’t?) to ease their mind in a modern, approachable environment and find out if therapy is right for them.
